Contact proves a hit at Call Centre Expo 2013

C3’s multichannel contact centre solution, Contact PCI, proved a big hit at Call Centre Expo 2013 (2-3 October).

Visitors to the stand were impressed with the application, which enables companies to integrate inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels for easy control and 360-degree visibility of customer interactions.

A number of other stands were also showing multichannel contact centres, but Contact PCI is equally focused on outbound campaign management. This enables companies to “close the loop” with sophisticated reports that show the relationship between your outbound campaigns and your inbound enquiries, across every channel.

C3 targets networks teams at Networkshop41

With telecoms management increasingly a Networks’ responsibility, computer telephony specialist C3 attended last month’s Networkshop41 to explain how we can make life a little easier.

Networkshop is an annual technical event hosted each year by a higher education organisation in the UK. Aimed at network managers and technical staff, the conference provides a forum for discussion on the latest technologies, bringing together expertise from all fields of networking.

With Networks and Telecoms departments frequently merging across the higher education sector, C3 attended Networkshop41 to meet many of those teams now managing the organisation’s telecoms.

“We have over two decades’ experience working with universities across the UK. C3 to attend Networkshop 2013

Telecommunications is an area of the enterprise that is increasingly being merged into the IT team as organisations across the public and private sectors look to make cost and efficiency savings across the board.

Meet C3 at World Telemedia, Marbella, 17-19 October

C3 will be attending the 48th World Telemedia event, which takes place in Marbella, Spain, next month (17-19 October).

World Telemedia showcases the solutions, strategies, applications and technologies that connect consumers to media, content and billing they want.

C3 will be talking to fellow attendees about Fusion, and its various applications, as well as network messaging, conferencing, and Tier 1 PCI Compliant payment solutions.
