Narrator Software

Our unique “Narrator” software allows you to control and route all telephone calls coming into your network. It can be configured using a graphical user interface, (GUI), which is used to link ‘nodes’ and build decision flow diagrams of how calls are to be handled.

Our Narrator software will give your callers a menu choice of who they can talk to or other options such as filling in question and answer voice forms that may be used for call back purposes.

Narrator is also used to provide specific information to certain phone extensions at particular times of day - special days of the year like bank holidays and New Year celebrations for example.

Narrator also provides your callers with a recorded extension list, allowing them to call an extension directly. It can also be used to record specific messages for callers.
