3G to TV

SeTeCa, our 3G video gateway now includes "Video Studio Manager”, a software application that allows you to manage, broadcast and store live and pre-recorded 3G-to-TV video content.

“Video Studio Manager” displays the incoming video calls on a lap top or a PC in a series of mini screens simultaneously. TV production teams are able to analyze the calls for suitability and quality, and transfer them “live” to the studio, if they meet the relevant criteria.

They can talk to individual callers, for additional interactivity, by pressing a specific “talk” button on the system. “Video Studio Manager” accepts 3G video calls in the H.263 format and converts them to a suitable SDI broadcast format in real-time.

“Video Studio Manager” also stores the calls or forwards them to 3rd party broadcast technologies, where they can be edited and included in the programme at a later stage. See our SeTeCa website for more information.
